Cancellation To change or cancel a booking you must provide a minimum 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellations fee (full session).

Sessions are held by appointment only and are 60 min in duration. All programss are rolling which means that your subscription will continue to be billed each month until program finishes(12 weeks).
