Take your Pilates practice to the next level and experience the original way to practice Pilates. Enjoy the freedom of an independent workout while receiving expert guidance from our experienced teacher on all Pilates equipment. These operate the same way as Joseph Pilates used to run his studio.
Whether you are refining your technique or exploring new exercises, our open studio sessions offer a unique opportunity to deepen your Pilates practice in a supportive and inspiring environment. We are here to support you in these workout sessions. Maximum of 3 people per session.

Signing-In - Please sign the disclaimer and indicate any physical injuries or special health conditions that may require our attention.
Punctuality - Please make sure to arrive 5 min before your class is due to commence. If you are late, your scheduled class will finish on time.
Booking Reservations -To guarantee a place in the class, pre-registering is strongly encouraged. Please book your classes a minimum of 6 hours in advance.
Cancellation To change or cancel a booking you must provide a minimum 24-hour notice for private sessions.
Refunds/Expiration All Packages have an expiration date. We do not offer refunds or transfers unless you are medically unfit to participate in our classes. A medical certificate must be provided. Expiration dates will not be extended.
Pregnancy If you discover, or suspect, you are pregnant you must advise Lilyfit Studio instructors before you commence another class.
Please, wear the comfortable workout clothing recommended, and do not eat a heavy meal before your class. Sessions are held by appointment only.
