Joe's Gym is a group class where participants follow their own individual series of Classical Pilates exercises, receiving assistance from an instructor as needed. The focus will be on the reformer and Mat series; however, other equipment may be utilized based on individual needs.
These type of class operates the same way as Joseph Pilates used to run his studio.
