Pilates Mat with Lily classes focuses on developing core strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. Lily presents the exercises at multiple levels, which allows students to choose to work at an intermediate, or advanced pace. Various props (e.g. therabands, rollers, rings, light weights, balls or bottles of water, cans, etc) are incorporated to enhance and intensify the workout. This class is not suitable for Beginners.
